Rancon Holdings Limited, a leading business conglomerate in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for the position of Branch Manager – Hire Purchase (RANGS eMART). The company is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer service in the electronics and home appliances sector.
Job Context:
As the Branch Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational and financial excellence. This position requires hands-on experience in the hire purchase or retail electronics industry, along with strong leadership, analytical, and customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit institutions and organizations to expand customer base and identify new opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day branch activities including inventory management, merchandising, and documentation accuracy.
- Financial Management: Ensure daily cash deposits, prepare weekly financial reports, and submit accurate remittances to the head office.
- Customer Relationship Management: Deliver superior after-sales service, handle customer queries efficiently, and promote brand engagement through sales campaigns.
- Team & Performance Management: Lead branch staff to maintain high service standards, monitor performance, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics or home appliances business, preferably in sales or retail operations.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 25 years.
- Proven expertise in hire purchase, retail sales, and customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals effectively.

- Mobile bill and performance bonus.
- Provident fund and yearly salary review.
- Two festival bonuses (75% of gross salary on a pro-rata basis).
