
Rancon Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Corporate Sales (Ranks ITT) to drive business growth, client engagement, and revenue achievement in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of GIS-based verification, and hands-on expertise in client retention, contract facilitation, and business development. This role requires maintaining robust client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, performing market research, coordinating service delivery, and managing reporting and follow-ups. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and corporate growth within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve revenue and monthly sales targets for assigned accounts
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead client engagement meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Conduct market research and business development activities
• Ensure smooth service delivery by coordinating work orders and service requests
• Facilitate agreements and contracts, including drafting generic agreements and NDAs
• Maintain accurate client documentation and perform regular reporting and follow-ups
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales or related functions
• Working knowledge of GIS-based verification for client and site validation
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and reporting skills
• Experience in client retention, contract management, and business development
