Remark HB Limited, a growing name in the FMCG, cosmetics, and personal care industry, is inviting applications for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Corporate Sales. The company is looking for energetic, smart, and target-driven professionals with hands-on experience in corporate and RMG sector sales to join its dynamic team in Dhaka.
Job Context:
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building corporate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach in Bangladesh’s fast-moving consumer goods and lifestyle product categories. Candidates must possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to manage the entire corporate sales cycle effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new corporate clients through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Develop customized proposals and conduct impactful presentations to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Manage post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Maintain updated CRM records and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate sample development and ensure product delivery as per client expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business background preferred).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or healthcare/lifestyle industries.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Sales/RMG sales with FMCG products.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of campaign management and business analytics.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet targets under pressure.
- Bike driving with a valid license is preferable.
