Remark HB Limited, an affiliate of Remark LLC USA, has introduced a special safety programme named “Aponjon” for retail traders and their families.
The company’s director and actor Shakib Khan announced the “Aponjon” programme at a Dhaka hotel on Saturday (13 July), according to a press release.
Under the “Aponjon” programme, Remark has pledged to waive all dues in case of the death of any retail-level seller. Additionally, the family of the deceased trader will receive a donation equivalent to the amount the trader paid to the company for product purchases over the past year.

Shakib Khan emphasized the familial nature of Remark, stating, “Remark is not just a business; it is a family. Our goal is to move forward together by supporting each other through both good and bad times.” He added that the “Aponjon” programme aims to benefit those who bring Remark’s products to consumers across the country.
Reflecting on his business journey, Shakib said, “I started my business venture right here in this room. My mission was to contribute to the country’s growth by providing high-quality products that would stimulate the economy and improve people’s standard of living.”
