Runner Automobiles signs distributorship agreement with Uttara Motors

Runner Automobiles PLC signed a distributorship agreement for Bajaj RE Three-Wheeler with Uttara Motors Corporation Limited on Wednesday (1 February), said a press release. 

At the signing ceremony, the Runner Group was represented by Hafizur Rahman Khan, the Chairman, Subir Chowdhury, the Managing Director and CEO, Rudaba Tazin, the Director of HR and Administration, Shanat Dutta, the CFO, and Hasibur Rahman Subin, the Head of Sales for Three-Wheelers.

Uttara Motors Corporation was represented by Matiur Rahman as chairman, Kazi Emdad Hossain as executive director, Naimur Rahman as director, and Humayun Kabir Chowdhury as director of finance and administration.

The construction of the first-ever three-wheeler manufacturing plant in Bangladesh is set to begin on February 11, 2023, located at the Runner Group’s Bhaluka factory.
