Rupayan Group, one of the most prominent real estate and development conglomerates in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for the position of Executive or Senior Executive Sales. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven professionals who can generate leads, engage customers, and contribute to the company’s rapid growth across multiple locations. Candidates with real estate, developer, or group of companies experience will receive preference.
As an Executive or Senior Executive, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, conducting field visits, arranging project tours for clients, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. You must be proactive, well-organized, and confident in handling customer inquiries and lead conversion with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Conduct research to identify prospects and generate new leads
• Perform door-to-door visits to find potential buyers
• Contact existing and potential customers over phone and maintain follow-ups
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client visit plans
• Arrange project visits for customers as needed
• Collect all required documents from clients
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Prepare monthly sales reports and share regular feedback with supervisor
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Two to four years of experience in real estate, developer company or group of companies
• Age between twenty five and thirty two years
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
• Hardworking attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Lead generation capability and target oriented mindset
