Rupayan Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading real estate developers, is hiring experienced sales professionals for the position of Senior Executive or Assistant Manager Sales. This role is ideal for result driven individuals with strong experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, and lead generation.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving apartment and commercial space sales, managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for prospects and generate qualified sales leads
• Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in person meetings
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain long term client relationships
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Collect and analyze sales data and prepare regular sales reports
• Manage the sales process using designated software systems
• Build and maintain CRM databases and professional networks
• Identify potential markets, clients, and new sales opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and plan competitive sales actions
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in advertising agencies, newspaper or magazine sales, real estate, group of companies, or developer firms
• Age between 26 to 35 years
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and sales execution
• Proven experience in flat sales and selling apartments or commercial spaces
