Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and execute all branding activities (ATL & BTL)
- Actively engage in digital marketing & social media (Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn & GlassDoor)
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor analysis, prepare reports & presentations.
- Study closely competitors’ products, services & branding.
- Explore ways to improve existing branding and services, and develop new lead generation idea.
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them
- Prepare and manage marketing plans, social media content plan, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets and take approval from concern departments.
- Manage and supervise production of marketing materials.
- Should be manage supplier, vendors & marketing agencies.
- Liaison with other internal departments & co-ordinate with media.
- Monitoring Social media activities and report to department head.
- Other task assign from management.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Graduation in Marketing from any renowned University and Special certification in digital Marketing, Marketing, Media Advertisement etc. will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Creative and innovative, Market Research - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must be punctual, smart & excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
- Excellent presentation skills, creative minded and useto with Microsoft office 360.
- Knowledge about graphic designing, SEO, website & digital marketing
- Have knowledge of a wide range of Chat Gpt, Google Bard, Discord-Mid Journey & Canva
- Experience of production supervision of Marketing Materials (AV, OVC, Photoshoot & Drone Photography).
