S.A Group of Industries is hiring AGM – Brand

SA Group of Industries has been operating 17 factories since 1988 with 8 master products under two brands Goalini and Muskan. They are currently looking for Assistant General Manager for Brand.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead the Brand Marketing Team and develop strategic business planning.
  • Responsible for policy making & Brand launching planning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust the sales approach. Forecast sales and set performance goals for the sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team. Assign sales territories, quotas, and goals to the team. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback or coaching.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination. Track sales metrics and produce regular reports for senior management. Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight Prepare and manage the sales budget, including sales expenses and revenue targets. Control costs to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • New Business Development Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Expand the company’s customer base by targeting new markets or industries.
  • Marketing Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions, advertising campaigns, and branding initiatives. Provide input on product development and innovation based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Manage contract negotiations and ensure sales agreements are beneficial to the company.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement Continuously assess the effectiveness of the sales strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Utilize data analytics and sales reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Preparing well analyzed and survey based Brand Planning and Designing of new Products & Services and upgrading/ rebranding the existing products & services
  • Contributing with the Product Development Committee to launch the new products and services as well as to develop the Product Program Guidelines (PPG)
  • Preparing the advertisements and communications materials, Marketing and promotional items, designing of leaflets, pamphlets, product brochures etc.
  • Planning, designing, and arranging the Calendars, Diaries, souvenirs and other corporate gifts, presents and materials for the Company Coordinating the Interviews, Press Conferences focusing and highlighting the Corporate Visits and achievements and publishing of advertisements and media complimentary focusing the Company’s success and achievements
  • Managing the Social media Platforms, responding to Media queries and coordinating with the press and publications personnel and agencies
  • Managing and administering the Company’s Web-page and Intranet Portal with the assistance and collaboration of the relevant department of the Head Office

Requirements

  • Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Experience: The applicants should have 8 to 10 years experience in Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Additional Requirements:
  1. Age 30 to 45 years
  2. Only Male candidates can apply
  3. Should have good oral and written communication skills with excellent networking capabilities
  4. Should have required Word Processing and Presentation skills with necessary knowledge and expertise on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  5. Should have capacities of Contents Writing, Script creations and Ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to details
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  7. Candidate’s permanent address in Chattogram is preferred
