ShareTrip, a renowned travel-tech solution, has introduced a set of cutting-edge features that promise an enhanced travel experience for its users.

The new additions include Travel eSIM, SmartDelay, Flight Alerts, and Flight Compensation. The Travel eSIM ensures seamless connectivity for travelers worldwide, tailored to their destinations and service periods.

SmartDelay offers complimentary lounge access if a flight is delayed by more than two hours, provided users register their flights six hours before departure. LoungeKey™ vouchers grant access to a network of over 1,300 airport lounges globally.

For better flight schedule alignment, ShareTrip’s Flight Alert feature sends notifications via email and SMS 24 hours before departure, offering travelers peace of mind with early alerts.

In case of flight disruptions like cancellations, delays, or overbooking, ShareTrip’s Flight Compensation feature allows users to claim up to 600 Euros. They can also claim up to 1,250 Euros for luggage issues and up to 5,400 Euros for extra expenses due to flight disruptions.

These new features are the result of ShareTrip’s collaboration with TripAdd, a travel support system powered by AI.

Nafiz Chowdhury, Senior Manager of Campaign, Product, Partnership, and Loyalty at ShareTrip, highlighted their commitment to innovating beyond typical travel solutions. The collaboration with TripAdd has enabled the introduction of features that promise added benefits for users, marking a significant step towards delivering an unparalleled travel experience.
