ShareTrip is Hiring Key Account Officer (Contractual) Sales Department
Walk-in interviews 4th – 8th May
Requirements:
• Undergraduate students (1st to 4th year) are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the travel industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Must be energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to develop negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel frequently within Dhaka city and nearby areas
• Must own a smartphone and possess basic digital literacy skills
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits to designated business partner offices located in Dhaka and surrounding areas
• Actively promote and generate interest in ShareTrip’s services, including holiday packages, visa assistance, air tickets, and lifestyle products
• Educate business partners on ShareTrip’s offerings, benefits, and value propositions
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration
• Collect partner feedback regularly and communicate insights to relevant teams for service improvement
• Maintain accurate daily visit reports and update sales tracking tools in a timely manner
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Represent ShareTrip’s brand image with professionalism and integrity at all times
