Join ShareTrip’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service, resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage customer accounts, including updates and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM database, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked accurately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist the CRM team in daily operational tasks, such as reporting, data analysis, and customer follow-ups.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements and customer trends.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including surveys and feedback programs.
- Develop strategies to improve customer interaction, loyalty, and retention rates.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify customer behavior patterns and areas for improvement.
- Assist in tracking customer service performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and resolution times.
- Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
