ShareTrip is looking for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-CRM

Join ShareTrip’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service, resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, including updates and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and retention.
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM database, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked accurately.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist the CRM team in daily operational tasks, such as reporting, data analysis, and customer follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential improvements and customer trends.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including surveys and feedback programs.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer interaction, loyalty, and retention rates.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify customer behavior patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in tracking customer service performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and resolution times.
  • Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
