Salary:
BDT 40,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions
🔹 Launch next-gen fintech features: payments, wallets, bill pay, credit & more
🔹 Negotiate deals and drive impactful growth projects
🔹 Translate user needs into tech plans with our Product & Tech teams
🔹 Analyze market trends & build data-driven business strategies
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally to bring fintech ideas to life
Requirements:
🔹Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
🔹1–3 years’ experience in fintech or financial services
🔹Strong analytical, project management & communication skills
🔹Familiar with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Illustrator
🔹Bonus: Knowledge of FMCG value chains & fintech market dynamics
