Job Responsibilities
- Lead project-specific branding, including outdoor visuals and signage, in collaboration with vendors and agencies.
- Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating and enforcing brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Ensure brand activities align with company objectives and audience expectations.
- Coordinate brand communication across marketing, sales, and design teams.
- Oversee production from design to installation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Plan and support the execution of marketing and promotional events.
- Monitor competitors and analyze customer insights to guide branding efforts.
- Evaluate marketing initiatives and recommend improvements for better outcomes.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 30 years
- Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference
- 3-6 years’ experience in relevant field
- Proven experience in, SEO, SEM, and brand-building activities.
- Strong skills in designing engaging and visually appealing templates.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
- Understand social media trends and impact in design
