Shikho is a Bangladeshi education technology start-up that aims to democratize access to high-quality education with significant international funding and a focus on building a holistic learning ecosystem in Bangladesh. Shikho is looking for Executive for their Digital Marketing team in Dhaka.
As the Executive of Digital Marketing at Shikho, candidate will be at the forefront of driving their digital marketing efforts to promote access to high quality education across Bangladesh. His/Her expertise in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget planning will be critical in ensuring the success of their marketing initiatives. He/She will be part of a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely across the organization. Strategic thinking and data-driven approach will be instrumental in achieving company’s growth and revenue goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Execution:
- Execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to cater to organizational needs.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to performance marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and growth.
- Campaign Performance and Optimization:
- Implement digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
- Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Collaboration with Tele sales:
- Work closely with the Tele sales team to assist them in ensuring the accuracy and quality of leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the Tele sales team to enhance their lead conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Assist Line Manager in preparing different reports to the management team, highlighting campaign performance and proposed strategies for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
- Prior experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player among a group of marketing professionals.
