Position Overview:
Shuttle for Business is seeking a proactive and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join its team in Dhaka. This role demands excellent relationship management skills, strong communication abilities, and an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will oversee client satisfaction, drive product sales, manage fleet operations, and lead a small team to achieve performance goals
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Address client queries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
2. Fleet Management

Oversee and optimize fleet operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with logistics and operational teams for timely service delivery.

Monitor fleet performance and implement data-driven improvements.
3. Product Promotion & Sales Growth

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Shuttle’s new services to existing clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations.

Drive revenue growth through relationship-based sales strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 members to ensure high performance and productivity.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or B2B sales.
-
Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and numerical data analysis.

Proven leadership experience with team supervision.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Dynamic, extroverted, and persuasive personality with a client-first mindset.
