Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
 - Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
 - Implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
 - Lead performance marketing efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
 - Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
 - Utilize data analytics to track and measure brand performance, consumer behavior, and market trends.
 - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
 - Work closely with the regional team to ensure alignment of brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
 - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve brand objectives and drive business growth.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
 
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
 
Certification in digital marketing or data analytics is a plus.
Experience
- At least 8 years
 - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

- Age at least 30 years
 - Experience with advanced data analytics tools and software.
 - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
 - Proficiency in performance marketing and digital marketing tools.
 - Excellent marketing research skills, with the ability to conduct and analyze market research.
 - Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
 - Experience working with global teams on a daily basis.
 - Expertise in marketing budget planning and management.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
