Singer opens its 17th service center at Bhairab

Singer Bangladesh has opened its 17th regional service center in Bhairab, with the aim of providing speedy after-sales services to its customers.

According to a press release, this service center will primarily cater to the Brahmanbaria, Narsingdi, Kishoreganj, and Bhairab districts.

Singer Bangladesh also announced the addition of two new service vans to its fleet, which will further ensure prompt and hassle-free services to its customers.

Singer Service Plus was established 30 years ago in 1993 and now has 17 regional service centers serving over 30 million consumers throughout Bangladesh.

The service team comprises 177 employees, over 700 Service Partners (SFA), and more than 2,500 technical experts and technicians.

The inauguration ceremony of the new service center was attended by Singer Bangladesh’s managing director and CEO, MHM Fairoz, as well as other high-ranking officials such as Kazi Rafiqul Islam, sales director, and Adnan Afzal, head of consumer service.
