Position Overview:
Sinotech is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales in the building materials sector, including tiles, paint, hardware, and glass. The role involves working with both corporate clients and retail partners to grow market presence and achieve sales targets. The position is ideal for an ambitious, self-motivated professional who can thrive in a challenging business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit corporate organizations and retail shops to build professional relationships and secure orders.

Communicate effectively with clients, dealers, and retailers through calls, meetings, and written communication.

Identify and develop new potential clients, explore markets, and expand networks.

Regularly visit retailers to manage product sales and promote new offerings.

Work under pressure to meet monthly sales targets and set examples for peers as a successful achiever.

Collaborate with the team to drive collective results while working independently when required.

Perform additional duties assigned by management as necessary.
Qualifications:

Age between 23 to 30 years.

Prior experience in sales of building construction materials (tiles, paint, hardware, glass, etc.) in both corporate and retail sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure, and with deadlines.
