SMC Enterprise Ltd, one of the most respected FMCG organizations in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for the position of Sales Officer. The role is designed for energetic, target driven professionals who can drive sales growth, expand outlet coverage, and strengthen market presence in their assigned territory. Candidates with FMCG or pharmaceutical field sales experience will get added preference.
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and revenue targets, covering pharmacy and non pharmacy outlets, building relationships with traders, and ensuring proper stock management. The position demands a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ride a motorbike with a valid driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and revenue targets by promoting and selling company products
• Ensure effective coverage of pharmacy and non pharmacy outlets in the assigned area
• Drive continuous sales growth within the territory
• Explore markets to expand outlet coverage and identify new opportunities
• Build strong relationships with traders, retailers and key stakeholders
• Maintain storage facilities, monitor inventory and account for all stocks and promotional materials
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Two to three years of experience in FMCG sales preferred
• Age maximum thirty four years (relaxable by two to three years for deserving candidates)
• Field sales experience in FMCG or pharmaceuticals is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a target oriented mindset
• Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid driving licence
