Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, changes, and delivery coordination Manage customer’s accounts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to lead times, quality concerns, or logistics
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
- Communicate & coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Track orders from approval through to delivery, ensuring updates are shared with customers at each stage
Educational Requirements:
An ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s/Master degree from any recognized university.
Other Requirements:
- Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, agile and able to manage constant change
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience in a garment accessories or packaging industry
