The National Export Trophy (Gold) and Certificate have been bestowed upon ‘Snowtex’ Outerwear Ltd. in acknowledgement of their significant contributions to the export trade.
This distinguished award, given for the highest export earnings in the oven category of apparel for the fiscal year 2020-2021, was accepted by Snowtex Group Managing Director SM Khaled at a ceremony held at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Wednesday, November 8th.
The trophy was presented by Minister of Commerce Tipu Munshi, who served as chief guest at the National Export Trophy 2020-2021 award ceremony organized by the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB). Other notable attendees included FBCCI President Mahbubul Alam and Tapan Kanti Ghosh, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce.

The event aimed to honour successful Bangladeshi entrepreneurs and stimulate export growth and foreign trade expansion. In total, 28 companies were awarded gold trophies, while 25 received silver and 19 bronze trophies for their performance during the fiscal year 2020-2021.

Snowtex Group was also a recipient of ‘National Export Trophy (Gold)’ in ‘Readymade Garments (Oven)’ category for FY 2020-2021, following a silver trophy win in the same category last financial year (2019-2020). Since its inception as a buying house in 2000 and establishment of its first factory ‘Snowtex Apparels’ in 2005, Snowtex has enjoyed continued success.
