Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring optimal product distribution and visibility across your assigned territory. You will collaborate with distributors, sales teams, and retailers to meet sales targets and maintain brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve total value and volume sales targets while ensuring optimal product distribution and visibility across the territory.

Manage primary sales orders and verify secondary sales for accuracy and performance tracking.

Prepare and analyze periodic sales reports from automation systems to assess program effectiveness.

Monitor distributor stock and investment levels, ensuring timely payments.

Identify new outlets and ensure numeric distribution with inclusion in the Sales Process Automation (SPA).

Train and mentor Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers, coordinating daily activities and handling promotional schemes.

Resolve any issues between the sales team and distributors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG sales. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have a motorcycle driving license and be willing to travel extensively.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
