SSG Super Star Group, the market leader in lighting and electrical accessories in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to drive divisional sales performance, strengthen distributor networks, and lead a high performing field force. This senior role requires extensive experience in FMCG or Electrical and Home Appliances sectors, with strong expertise in distributor management, trade sales, and team leadership. The DSM will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, expanding market coverage, ensuring distributor profitability, and monitoring competitor activities to sustain SSG’s industry leadership. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Continuously monitor sales performance of TSMs, RSMs and Field Officers
• Analyze market coverage and identify new opportunities for business growth
• Manage and motivate distributors while ensuring healthy ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and stakeholders
• Train and develop the sales team to enhance selling and interpersonal skills
• Review and implement market trade offers and monitor competitor activities
• Propose innovative trade programs to boost sales
• Prepare sales, trade and performance reports as required by management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Electronic Home Appliances
• Experience in Electrical Industry such as accessories, lights or cables preferred
• Strong analytical decision making and team management skills
• Expertise in distributor handling, retail sales and credit control
