STANDARD GROUP is hiring Sales & Marketing Manager

MOMËNTS (concern of Standard Group) is one of the renowned Kid’s Clothing Brand in Bangladesh. They are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager who can create a difference by showing his/her skill in the fashion industry both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end process of creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and foster customer engagement;

• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure product availability in outlets and e-commerce before any campaign launch;

• Visit outlets to ensure campaign materials are received, displayed, and replaced in a timely manner;

• Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns;

• Track sales activities and report it to the Management regularly;

• Develop, implement, and maintain sales and marketing plans and policies;

• Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budget;

• Developing the sales process & competitive analysis;

• Formulate and execute strategies to optimize the Brand and retail experience, driving store visits and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;

• Maintain a proactive approach to staying abreast of digital marketing trends, implementing innovative techniques to captivate online audiences and drive conversions;

• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to integrate marketing efforts with other business functions, fostering a cohesive and synchronized approach;

• Ensure all marketing activities are closely aligned with company and management objectives, playing a pivotal role in achieving overall organizational success.
