STEP is a leading shoe company in Bangladesh, specializing in the design, production, and retail of high-quality footwear. STEP Footwear & Accessories Co Ltd is hiring Brand Manager.

The Brand Manager at STEP will play a key role in driving brand growth and positioning STEP as a premium footwear brand in Bangladesh. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Brand Manager will be responsible for managing omnichannel marketing & Brand activities, developing and executing communication campaigns, and creating compelling strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Branding strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets across online and offline channels.
  • Lead and manage a Branding team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive creativity, innovation, and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, retail, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment and integration of Branding activities across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct Brand research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Create and implement communication campaigns that effectively convey the brand’s value proposition, positioning STEP as a premium footwear brand.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertising materials, digital content, social media campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Manage the brand’s online presence, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Plan and execute offline branding initiatives, including events, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze Branding performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand sentiment, and use insights to optimize future Branding efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations to ensure STEP remains at the forefront of Branding strategies and tactics.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Analytical ability, Communication, Cultural Knowledge, Digital Marketing, Leadership, marketing trends

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Brand Value, Consumer Behavior Understanding, Cost optimization, Customer Engagement, Social Media Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Tannery/Footwear
