Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with local sales team and global marketing team for strategy development, plan and execute marketing related activities and identify opportunities for new product development.
- To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local brand marketing plans for the brand and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget with complete accountability of sales (Create a brand activity calendar and develop marketing inputs).
- Liaison with in-country activation agencies and implement strong activation programs with Doctors, Pharmacies and Consumers.
- Design and roll-out brand communication campaigns in coordination with communication/digital agencies.
- Ensure consumer outreach through effective media planning.
- Execution of inputs for all stakeholders as planned. Measure ROI of each input and make further plans accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with distributor and trade marketing team to roll out trade visibility campaigns.
- Drive retail audits through trade marketing team to assess trade visibility impact.
- Design and develop POSMs to drive consideration and visibility across general and modern trade outlets.
- Develop joint business plans with Global marketing team.
- Share monthly performance reports all stakeholders
- Identify new OTC/OTX products to create a robust pipeline basis insight from market research and market visits.
- Co-ordinate with regulatory team to fast-track products registration
- Packaging artwork development of new SKU Introductions in markets.
Professional Qualifications
- BBA, MBA in Marketing from reputed university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position (Brand Manager) and maximum 8 years of relevant marketing experience in any FMCG/Consumer goods industry.
- Previous experience of working with communication/digital agencies is required.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills & analytical skills.
- Proficient in excel. Comfortable in managing large data files & analyzing information.
- Fluency & written knowledge of English is a must.
- E-commerce and Modern Trade knowledge will be a bonus.
