Superbrands Bangladesh Award Winner
On Saturday, February 11, 2023, the highly anticipated Superbrands Bangladesh Award 2023-24 was unveiled at a grand awards ceremony in Dhaka. The event, held at the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Dhaka, honored the top 40 most prestigious and valuable brands from various industries in Bangladesh. The ceremony also marked the reveal of the cover of the Superbrands publication for the next two years.
The selection of Superbrands is a thorough process, with the help of the “Brand Council,” a group of independent and voluntary experts from various backgrounds. In Bangladesh, the Superbrands for 2023-2024 were chosen by a highly regarded Brand Council of experts. The publication, which details the stories of each of the Superbrands, is a sought-after resource for executives in advertising, marketing, brand management, academia, and media. The cover for the Superbrands Bangladesh 2023-2024 was designed by Ms. Nazia Andaleeb Preema, a prominent visual artist, director, and creative editor at the Bangladesh Brand Forum, founder of the Bangladesh Creative Forum, and president of Women in Leadership (WIL).

Before the award ceremony, Mrexplained. Ashraf Bin Taj, the Managing Director of International Distributions Company Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd. and General Secretary of the Asia Marketing Federation, provided a detailed explanation of the Superbrands jury process. He stated, “The selection of Superbrands follows global standards and is a multi-phase process that only selects the top brands in each segment.”
The Managing Director of Superbrands Bangladesh, Shariful Islam, commented, “A brand that consistently delivers quality products and services both tangibly and intangibly over time builds trust, and this trust over time ultimately leads to a Superbrand designation.”
