This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about luxury retail, elegant customer service, and sales performance in a sophisticated showroom environment.
As Senior Executive Sales, you will warmly greet customers at the SWISH outlet, conduct product demonstrations, maintain the brand’s premium hospitality standards, and achieve monthly individual and team sales targets. You will be responsible for lead generation, preparing sales documentation, forecasting sales by product type, and ensuring cross sell and up sell opportunities. The role also requires close coordination with business development and other departments to ensure product availability, delivery, and customer satisfaction within minimum lead time.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
• Warmly greet customers and demonstrate SWISH products with confidence
• Establish the SWISH brand image in customers’ perception through service, quality and design
• Ensure luxurious hospitality and vibrant showroom ambiance
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism
• Prepare all sales documentation after closing deals
• Plan and forecast sales on a monthly basis by product category
• Generate leads from current and previous visitor data
• Cross sell and up sell, and move slow selling items to maintain stock balance
• Work closely with the business development team to convert leads
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability, delivery and customer support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Two to five years of experience in showroom or overseas company sales
• Experience in luxury lifestyle showroom sales preferred
• Strong communication skills, especially in English
• Expertise in customer service, showroom operations and sales target achievement
