T.K. Group is looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to achieve sales targets, increase product sales, and establish a professional distribution network for PUSTI. The manager will monitor team performance, set sales targets, and motivate his/her team to achieve SKU-wise targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain and increase sales of company products.
- Establish and increase market, customer, route, and numeric distributions.
- Build a financially sound and professional distribution network.
- Set product/sales turnover targets for individuals and the team.
- Monitor team’s performance and motivate them to achieve SKU wise targets.
- Compile, monitor, and analyze target vs. primary & secondary sales figures regularly.
- Develop and coach the field sales team for professional skill development.
- Solve damage-related issues as per company policy.
- Confirm that all operational documents communicated from head office/superiors are used properly by team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
