Renowned musician, actor, and television presenter Tahsan Khan has been appointed as the brand ambassador of Walton Lift for a one-year term, becoming the new face of the brand in all promotional and marketing campaigns.
The signing ceremony took place at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka, where national cricket team all-rounder and Walton’s long-time brand ambassador Mehidy Hasan Miraz signed the agreement on behalf of Walton Lift.
The event was attended by S M Monjurul Alam, Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC; Mohammad Rayhan, Managing Director of Walton Plaza; Engineer Jenan Ul Islam, Chief Business Officer of Walton Lift; along with other senior company officials.

Speaking on the occasion, S M Monjurul Alam highlighted Walton’s investment of over Tk 300 crore in setting up a state-of-the-art lift manufacturing plant with an annual capacity of 1,500 units. He added that a 4 m/s dedicated testing tower at the Walton headquarters ensures quality standards. “We are producing and supplying European-standard lifts at affordable rates. Our goal is to reduce import dependency and eventually expand to the global market,” he said.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Tahsan Khan said, “I’m happy to be part of this proud electronics brand. Walton is continuously investing in hi-tech products like lifts, creating employment and contributing to the country’s economic development.”

Walton’s Gazipur plant currently manufactures a wide range of lifts, including passenger, cargo, hydraulic car, hospital, home, and capsule lifts, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in Bangladesh’s hi-tech manufacturing sector.
