TallyKhata is looking for Brand Executive (Growth and Marketing)

TallyKhata serves over a million small business owners, helping them manage their transactions, grow their businesses, and embrace the future of fintech. As part of their Growth and Marketing Team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape their brand’s identity and connect with millions.

Your role would be:

Create Stories: Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns and content that resonate with millions of users.
Lead Social Media: Bring our brand to life on platforms like Facebook and beyond. Create posts, reels, and videos that grab attention and engage audiences.
Be the Trendsetter: Spot emerging trends, understand the buzz, and ensure Tallykhata stays ahead of the curve.
Collaborate: Work with designers, content creators, and influencers to bring campaigns to life. • Plan Activations: Execute events and launches that connect with customers and leave a lasting impression.
Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance, learn what works, and make every campaign better than the last.
Brand Building: Help craft our brand’s unique voice and presence, ensuring every touchpoint is meaningful and consistent.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
At least 1 year of experience in branding, marketing, or content creation (fresh graduates with a passion for marketing are welcome!).
Passion for social media, trends, and creativity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into action.
Great communicator with a knack for visuals (Bonus if you know Canva or Photoshop!).
A creative thinker with a go-getter attitude who loves solving problems and bringing ideas to life.
Curious, adaptable, and always ready to learn something new.
