Tata Motors launched its new program “Tata Guru” in Bangladesh

Tata Motors, in partnership with its distributor Nitol Motors, has introduced a new program called “TATA GURU” in the Bangladeshi market. The program rewards mechanics who service Tata commercial vehicles and fit Tata Genuine Parts with points, making it the first industry-wide mechanic loyalty program. Mechanics who participate in the program will be registered as “Tata Guru” and will receive an enrollment certificate and ID card.

Tata Motors and Nitol Motors are elevating their philosophy of mutual growth with the introduction of Tata Guru. The program aims to ensure that everyone involved prospers, stays current with changing technology, receives loyalty benefits, and is recognized for their contributions. It also allows customers to identify original Tata genuine parts, which ensures they get their money’s worth. Mechanics who participate in the program earn loyalty points for each fitment of Tata Genuine parts, which can be redeemed for exciting gifts for their families. Together, we promise to pave the way for prosperity for everyone involved.

Tata Guru is designed to incentivize mechanics to use Tata genuine parts, resulting in optimal vehicle performance for customers. This program will ultimately lead to less maintenance and longer lifespan of Tata vehicles, as well as extended service intervals due to the high durability of Tata Genuine Parts. This will ultimately reduce the maintenance costs for the vehicle owners.

Regarding Tata Guru, Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad, Chairman of NitolNiloy Group, stated that they are currently the market leader in the country’s automobile sector, due to the trust and love of their customers.
