T.K. Group celebrated the 7th Bangladesh Marketing Day today with great enthusiasm at its headquarters, T.K. Bhaban, Karwanbazar, Dhaka. This year’s theme, “Marketing Wellbeing,” focused on how marketing can drive positive change for individuals and communities, emphasizing its broader social impact.
The event was organized by the Marketers’ Institute Bangladesh (MIB) and attracted leading marketing professionals and industry experts. In his keynote speech, Mohammad Mofassel Haque, Director of Marketing at T.K. Group, spoke on the need for continuous innovation and ethical marketing practices that not only drive business success but also benefit society. He emphasized that in today’s fast-paced world, marketing must serve as a force for good, creating value that enhances people’s lives.
Among the distinguished guests were Syed Alamgir, a veteran marketing personality known for his contributions to the industry, and Dr. Shahidul Alam, Chairman of the Department of Marketing at Dhaka University. Both shared valuable insights on the evolving landscape of marketing and its future direction, inspiring the attendees with their deep knowledge and experience.

Dr. Shariful Islam Dulu, General Secretary of MIB, also addressed the gathering, highlighting MIB’s role in uniting marketing professionals across the country to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. Mirza Muhammad Ileush, Founder & Managing Director of Brand Practitioners Bangladesh, was present as well.
Key industry figures like Alam Chowdhury, GM of Consumer Division at T.K. Group, and Ibrahim Khalil, Head of Brand Marketing at T.K. Group, contributed to discussions on driving brand growth in today’s competitive market. Ashfaqur Rahman, Chief Business Officer of ACME Consumer Products, and M.A. Hanif, Head of Sales & Distribution at AKASH Digital TV, were also in attendance, further enhancing the event’s prominence.
