Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment according to HCRF.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Admin about SO recruitment & sourcing potential candidates.
- Employee orientation & Onboarding.
- Employee personal file Management & Documentation.
- Comply with BLR & BLA.
- Co-ordinate the training of new joiner.
- Maintaining training schedule & align with respective department.
- Compensation Management & HR operations.
Education:
- MBA in HRM with Post Graduation Diploma in HRM.
Experience:
- 3-5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
Special Skills/ Training/ Personal Attributes:
- MS Office Application (Expert in Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Knowledge in Visio & Photoshop
- Good Bangla & English Typing
- Good at English Spoken
