TK Group is looking for Regional Sales Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve SKU wise Primary & Secondary Sales Target as per Monthly Plan in assigned region.
- Plan and execute Sales Initiatives and measure as guided by Management.
- Establish Sustainable and Professional Distribution Network.
- Create Sales Strategies and Programs to achieve Sales Target in assigned region.
- Ensure Distributor Performance considering Investment, Sales Target Achievement, Dedicated DSR, Stock & Delivery Support Service, Coverage, Reporting and Compliance.
- Conduct training to develop team members to perform optimally.
- Regularly visit the assigned market to check and increase outlet coverage, product placement, numeric & weighted distribution.
- Operate business & ensure collection ratio as per business need.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Masters/MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: Minimum 7 Yrs in FMCG Commodity.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Manage Stress, Self-motivated, Good analytical skills, Computer literate i.e. MS Office, Writing proficiency in English and Bangla, Good Presentation and Convincing Skills.
