ToguMogu Parenting App is hiring Jr. Brand Manager

ToguMogu, a leading parenting app, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Brand Manager. As a Jr. Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the social presence of the ToguMogu brand across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will also play a key role in sending newsletters and brand communications to their B2B and B2C clients, as well as ToguMogu App users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize ToguMogu’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platform.
• Create engaging and relevant content to captivate our target audience and increase brand awareness.
• Craft and send newsletters and brand communications to B2B and B2C clients, as well as ToguMogu App users.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure branding and marketing deliverables are met.
• Actively monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand presence.
• Demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills in both English and Bengali to create compelling content.
• Manage activations and campaigns in events, corporate offices, and industry campuses both within and outside Dhaka.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in a brand management role.
• Strong knowledge of social media metrics and the ability to track and analyze them effectively.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and Bengali, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
