Job Context:
The selected candidate will play a vital role in acquiring new clients, expanding the company’s customer base, and promoting IP-based telephony solutions. This position requires dedication, communication excellence, and strong coordination with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Meet monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team for timely service delivery.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and convert leads into customers.
- Present solutions and negotiate deals with professionalism.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or BBA in Marketing.
- Candidates with a degree in Computer Science or EEE will get preference.
Experience:
- Up to 2 years of experience in Telecommunication, ISP, or IT-enabled services.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum age: 22 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
