Transcom Electronics Limited, one of the most trusted names in Bangladesh’s electronics and home appliances industry, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth financial and administrative activities. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience in retail electronics or home appliances and strong skills in branch coordination, customer handling, and day to day operational management. This role requires a proactive, target oriented professional capable of managing sales teams, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining overall branch efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target in both quantity and revenue
• Collect and monitor leads, ensuring effective day planning for the team
• Manage electronics products and directly oversee end of day processes
• Handle all B2B and B2C collections and follow up with B2B sales executives for dues
• Deposit daily sales and collections within banking hours and prepare DCS reports
• Ensure timely payment and documentation of all utility bills including telephone, electricity, water and gas
• Support fixed asset management and assist in completing legal or administrative activities
• Maintain clear communication between landlord, branch, and sales admin department
• Assist the Branch Manager in all operational and managerial tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in electronics or home appliances sector
• Age: 20 to 35 years
• Strong skills in showroom management, sales operations, and customer service
