Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Executive (Marketing) to join our team. The role requires strong knowledge of sales and marketing for industrial machinery such as elevators, escalators, and diesel engines. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, market analysis, relationship building, and achieving sales targets. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Collect market information and perform analysis to support strategic decisions.
Gain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
Identify potential customers and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Approach clients and secure new business opportunities.
Troubleshoot and support the sales team on complex customer issues.
Manage pipelines by maintaining customer information and ensuring timely updates in company systems.
Develop customer relationship strategies to anticipate needs and ensure superior service.
Work with stakeholders including bankers to generate leads and explore new customer opportunities.
Collect payments from customers in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

BBA or MBA in Marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Escalator, Elevator, Generator, or related industrial machinery).
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Age 25 to 40 years.
Preference will be given to candidates with 4+ years in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Digital Marketing and IT-related activities is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Creative, adaptive, and self-motivated personality.
