Truck Lagbe, established in 2017 with 25 trucks, has evolved into a leading app-based truck rental platform in Bangladesh. Currently, this company is hiring Key Account Manager for Enterprise Solutions Department.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure they are taking regular service
2. Acquire through understanding of key customer needs and requirements
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4. Do regular Market visits to acquire new clients and follow up with current clients
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
7. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast for his/her serving clients
9. Having the mental strength to work long hours
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of proven experience in sales
2. Needs to be fluent in both Bengali and English
3. Street Smart & self-motivated
4. Data oriented business understanding is important
5. Good at business presentation
6. Relevant field experience & corporate exposure will add value
7. Having a good corporate network will add value
