About the Programme
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a global initiative designed to develop fresh graduates into future leaders. In Bangladesh, this 15-month programme offers cross-pillar HR rotations with opportunities for international exposure and accelerated career growth.
As an HR Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Employee Relations, People Experience, Employer Branding, HR Transformation, and Business Partnering. Each rotation equips you with the skills to solve real-world challenges and build a people-first culture.
