Position Overview:
Unilever Bangladesh is seeking a Manager – Digital Media for its Home Care Business Unit. This is a leadership role focused on driving digital-first strategies, managing integrated media planning, and leading consumer activations. The role requires expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and cross-media planning while ensuring data-driven decision-making and innovative content creation. The candidate will serve as the central point of contact for digital platforms, media agencies, and influencer networks.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute brand-specific digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead planning and implementation across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

Drive data-driven marketing, commerce integration, and CRM-focused initiatives.

Oversee full-funnel media strategy including ATL (TV, OOH), BTL, digital, and consumer activations.

Partner with Google, Meta, TikTok, and media agencies for innovation, measurement, and scaled campaigns.

Manage influencer marketing, social-first content creation, and performance marketing campaigns.

Build and lead large-scale DDM (data-driven marketing) campaigns.

Introduce cutting-edge innovations and tools into Unilever’s marketing playbook.

Train, mentor, and build internal digital capabilities across marketing teams.
Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience in digital media, performance marketing, or digital brand strategy.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of digital media planning, buying, optimization, and performance measurement.

Experience in managing campaigns for consumer/FMCG brands.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in events, on-ground activations, and influencer partnerships.
