Job Roles:
They expect you to deliver growth across their territories and ensure that the numbers of the business are met. Providing a few key job responsibilities associated with the role-
- Drive secondary sales (selling Unilever products to retail shops/outlets and solving justified key concerns) for the assigned territory by making Unilever’s brands available and visible to the shoppers through professional management of distributor’s sales force and relevant stakeholders.
- Empower and lead the distributor’s sales force by developing their capability and helping them realize their best potential.
- Periodic Target Achievement – through planning, split & sharing of target, monitoring, reviewing, and coaching.
- Relationship management with the key customers and ensure proper Customer Service, Grievance handling and TCL compliances.
- Ensure growth in key/ strategic Channels & Categories.
- Drive Innovation & Market Development initiatives for the nascent categories.
- Collaborating with the regional team and landing strategic projects to unlock the growth potential across your respective territories.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
