Unimart Limited is hiring Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager for Brand & Communications department in Unimart Limited – F&B.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage designated brands under Unimart F&B
- Store branding & Communications to create the right character following the brand standards and purpose.
- Effectively design outreach communication campaigns that connect, engage, and convert customers to brand’s KPIs
- Promotion design for the products and brands to ensure planned business results are achieved
- Design communication campaigns that enhance value and perception
- Agency, vendor, partnerships, and billing management
- Manage all digital communications channels/platforms
- Ensure communication integrity and hygiene are maintained in all communication platforms
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business field from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Working directly with brands for 3-4 years
- Ability to think differently and articulate that in creative communications
- Understand brand standards and applications
- Strong applied knowledge of copywriting both in English and Bangla
- Good commercial acumen
- Strong agency/vendor management skills
- Can show experience of executing work with full ownership requiring low supervision
