Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners to expand the sales network.
- Execute and monitor travel arrangements and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate deals, fulfill operational requirements, and analyze competitor activity to retain competitive advantage.
- Support the company’s sales growth by managing performance reports, meeting revenue targets, and maximizing profit margins.
- Conduct regular visits to travel agents and clients within the assigned zones to strengthen business relationships.
- Work closely with the reporting manager to update sales performance data and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Promote high-quality customer experiences, address concerns, and foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure marketing and customer service activities comply with aviation regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow up to resolution, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, conduct regular market research, and apply findings to strengthen US-Bangla’s brand in the travel market.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns to enhance market visibility and service engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, business prospects, and issue resolutions for data-driven decision-making.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), preferably in Marketing or a related discipline from a reputed university.
- Must have strong academic background with good communication and presentation skills.
Experience Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the airline industry or relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or experience in sales & marketing or travel service industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 21 to 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability, time management, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel across locations as required.
