Walton Digital Campaign Season 18 launches in Dhaka

To celebrate the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, renowned Bangladeshi brand Walton has launched its ‘Digital Campaign Season-18‘ nationwide.

During Season-18 of the campaign, customers will have the opportunity to win stylish new cars, generous cash vouchers, and a variety of exciting gifts upon purchasing Walton refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and washing machines from any Walton Plaza, distributor outlet, or the online sales platform Walton e-plaza.

The objective of conducting these digital campaigns across the country is to build a comprehensive customer database that enables swift and excellent after-sales service through online channels.

The previous seasons of the campaign were hugely popular among customers nationwide, prompting the introduction of attractive benefits in Season-18.

The inauguration of the Digital Campaign Season-18 took place during a declaration program held at the Walton corporate office in the capital on Sunday evening.

The event was attended by several distinguished individuals, including SM Shoyeb Hossain Nobel, Additional Managing Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC; Mohammad Rayhan, CEO of Walton Plaza; Eva Rizwana Nilu, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Amdadul Haque Sarker, and Humayun Kabir, Deputy Managing Directors of Walton; as well as various Senior Executive Directors and Chief Marketing Officer Didarul Alam Khan.

As part of the campaign, customers who purchase a Walton fridge, TV, AC, or washing machine will be digitally registered.

Subsequently, they will receive an SMS notification regarding their eligibility for a new car or other gifts through a fully computerized system.

The respective gifts will then be handed over to the customers by the officials at the showrooms or plazas.

Season-18 of the campaign will offer numerous gifts, including brand-new cars and substantial cash vouchers.

Moreover, customers who purchase a Walton fridge will have the opportunity to receive a specific model of freezer for free through a buy one get one offer.

In addition, Walton Smart TV customers will enjoy a one-year free subscription to BongoWal, while basic LED TV customers will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of an AKASH DTH connection.

Furthermore, customers can benefit from up to a 20% discount when purchasing specific models of Walton ACs.

SM Shoyeb Hossain Nobel, Additional Managing Director of Walton Hi-Tech, stated that Walton consistently introduces attractive customer benefits during major festivals.

The new season continues this tradition by offering new branded cars and numerous other benefits to customers.
