Global electronics giant Walton has officially launched its ‘Digital Campaign Season 21’ across Bangladesh, introducing the exciting ‘Double Million’ offer.

During this campaign, customers stand a chance to win Tk 20 lakh when purchasing select Walton products, including refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, or BLDC fans from any Walton Plaza, distributor outlets, or the online platform ‘E-plaza.’ Additionally, the campaign promises crores of taka in guaranteed cashback for all buyers.

Running from October 10 to December 31, 2024, these exclusive offers were announced at a grand inauguration event held at Walton’s Corporate Office on October 9.

Popular actress Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, who has joined the campaign as its brand ambassador, unveiled the start of ‘Digital Campaign Season 21’ during the ceremony. Speaking at the event, Mim expressed her pride in representing Walton and emphasized the brand’s growing global presence: “Walton is more than a brand; it’s a source of national pride. Walton products can be found in homes across Bangladesh and are also being exported worldwide. I’m honored to be a part of this remarkable campaign.”

Walton’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Galib Bin Mohammad, reflected on the brand’s success, saying, “This is the 21st season of our digital campaign, and each previous season has received an overwhelming response from customers. We expect the same enthusiasm for this season.”

One of the standout features of the campaign is Walton’s digital registration system. Customers’ information, including their name, mobile number, and product details, is stored in Walton’s server, allowing them to receive prompt service from any Walton service center, even without a warranty card. This system also enables service representatives to gather customer feedback and ensure better support.

In addition to Mim, the event was attended by key Walton executives, including Walton Plaza’s Managing Director Mohammad Rayhan, Additional Managing Director Eva Rezwana Nilu, and several other senior officials, with Senior Executive Director Amin Khan moderating the ceremony.
