Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic PR Lead to join their Marketing department. The PR Lead will be responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies that enhance our company’s brand image, drive positive media coverage and protect the company from any negative publicity. This role requires a proactive and agile leader with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of media relations, public sensitivity and marketing integration.

1) Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and overall business objectives.

2) Lead, build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers.

3) Work as the spokesperson for all media queries and relevant information.

4) Write, develop, produce compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials for all appropriate medias.

5) Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect and manage the company’s reputation.

6) Plan and oversee PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media briefings.

7) Track and report on PR performance metrics, including media coverage, audience reach, and engagement.

8) Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals.

* 12+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within a big corporate environment and/or PR agency and/or Embassy and/or Development organization.
