The launch took place at the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF)-2024, where A.H.M. Shafiquzzaman, Director General of the Directorate of National Consumers’ Right Protection (DNCRP), revealed the new model. Liakat Ali, Additional Managing Director of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, was also present at the event.

During the unveiling, DG Shafiquzzaman praised Walton’s contribution to Bangladesh’s tech industry, highlighting the company’s role in reducing foreign dependency and fostering technological innovation and employment opportunities.
Sold under the CiNEd brand, the WD27UI08 monitor is priced at BDT 34,550. It features a 3840×2160 pixel resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, and 178° wide viewing angle, ensuring sharp images from any perspective. With a 1000:1 contrast ratio and DCI-P3 95% Color Gamut, users can expect accurate color reproduction.

Connectivity options include 2x HDMI 2.0, 1x DP 1.2, 1x USB Type-C (65W), Audio Out, and DC In ports. The monitor’s adjustable tilt (-5° to 15°) makes it suitable for various tasks, from office work to gaming.
